Rev. Dr. Jerry P. Kulah
Evangelist, Educator, Pastor & Administrator
Born August 10, 1962 in Bong County, Liberia, Dr. Kulah is married to Ruth Chea Kulah and they have four children. He has served for more than 28 years as an ordained Elder of the United Methodist Church, Liberia Annual Conference, and now chairs the Global Methodist Church Liberia Transitional Committee Advisory Team.
He is board chair of ESWA, Alpha-Liberia and the Bible Society of Liberia, leads a weekly radio discipleship ministry, and is the author of numerous books, articles and training manuals.

Rev. Dr. Troy D. Benitone
President/Executive Director, Hands of Hope Foundation
Dr. Benitone is Lead General Overseer of Community of Faith Global and Directing Pastor of Community of Faith Church in Marion, Illinois, USA. A church planter and pastor across Illinois and Georgia, he became an Elder in the Global Methodist Church in 2023.
He was inducted into the Order of the FLAME and received the Harry S. Denman Award for Evangelism in 1999, and in 2013 was gowned Paramount Chief “The Chief of Hope” of Margibi County, Liberia. He founded the Hands of Hope Foundation (“Offering Hope in Christ,” 1 Peter 3:15), hosts the “On The Dock with Pastor Troy” podcast, and authored Making a Church from Scratch.
